Fusilli with Olives Trio

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

• 250g Fusilli by Di Augusto
• 180g Mix Italia Olives by Di Augusto
• Salt, Extra Virgin olive oil by Di Augusto
• 120g tomato sauce

 

Put 180g Mix Italia olives in a nonstick saucepan, add some salt, oil and 120gr tomato sauce.

Cook it over low heat for 3 / 4 minutes.

Cook pasta in 2 lt of boiling salty water for the time indicated on the box.

Drain it and toss it in the saucepan together with Olives Trio by Di Augusto and tomato sauce.

Cook it over medium heat for 1 minute.
